Whistleblowing System & Procedure
To improve the effectiveness of implementation of fraud control system and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) that emphasises on whistleblowing, it is necessary to establish a Whistleblowing System (WBS) in a clear, easily understood way that can be effectively implemented to encourage the management staff of OAK on, and raise their awareness of, any acts of fraud, violation of laws and company bylaws, code of ethics and conflict of interest in OAK.
WBS aims to serve as a guidance to detect and prevent against any violation that may harm the Company and as a managerial commitment to protection and sense of security for whistleblowers or witnesses in OAK work environment.
WBS will provide a secured protection to the reporting party or witness of any indication of violation committed by OAK management staff or employees. OAK guarantees the maintained confidentiality of the reporting party’s identification. This applies to the individual in question and his/her family. They will be rendered the best protection to avoid pressure, threat or retaliation.
In an effort to enhance GCG, OAK provides a WBS. WBS is a mechanism that we offer to enable employees to report acts of fraud and violations of laws, company regulations, codes of ethics, or conflicts of interest. We are committed to conducting business with integrity and transparency, and we appreciate your contributions to maintaining these standards.

Report Handling Process
- Report Reception: Once a report is received, it will be forwarded to the Legal Department of OAK.
- Investigation: The Legal Department will investigate the report to determine the next steps.
- Follow-up Action: Based on the investigation results, management will decide on the necessary actions to address the violation.
Protection & Confidentiality
The WBS will provide secure protection for the reporter or witness from any indication of violations committed by OAK management or employees. OAK guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter's identity. This applies to the individual and their family. The reporter will be given the best protection. Reporters should not worry about submitting reports made in good faith. We do not tolerate any threats or retaliation against reporters who have made reports.
