About the Role
The Associate, Corporate Finance is a strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the company. This role combines strong financial management expertise with corporate finance, investment, and strategic reporting skills. The Associate, Corporate Finance will prepare business plans, financial models, and management reports while supporting the company’s banking, investor relations, and corporate finance activities. This role also involves producing high-quality shareholder and investor reports and company presentations.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, or investment roles.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling for corporate finance, banking, and investments.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and investment principles.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing business plans, management reports, and investor presentations.
